Vinson & Elkins served as issuer’s counsel in connection with DIRTT Environmental Solutions Ltd.’s offering to its common shareholders for aggregate gross proceeds of C$30,000,000 (the “Rights Offering”).
The Rights Offering launched on December 11, 2023 and closed on January 9, 2024. The offering raised aggregate gross proceeds of C$30,000,000 (approximately USD $22,000,000).
The Vinson & Elkins team was led by partner Robert Kimball, counsel Lucy Liu and associates Jack Peterson and Sean Dao. Other key team members include partner Wendy Salinas and associate Lauren Nieman; and partner Ramey Layne and paralegal Mary Kate Moran.
