Vinson & Elkins advised Truist Securities, Mizuho and Raymond James, and the several additional underwriters participating in the offering, as underwriters’ counsel in connection with Delek Logistics Partners, LP’s underwritten public offering of an aggregate of 4,600,000 common units representing limited partner interests, including 600,000 common units sold pursuant to the underwriters’ full exercise of their option to purchase additional common units, at a price of $50.00 per unit. The offering closed on August 14, 2026.
The Vinson & Elkins team was led by Partner Ramey Layne and Associate Connor Rabalais, with assistance from Associates Rachel Campbell Alexander, Jake Whelen, and Anthony DeLauro.
