Vinson & Elkins advised Harvest Midstream I, L.P. in connection with its offering of $1,000,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 6.750% Senior Notes due 2034. The offering priced on May 7, 2026, and is expected to close on May 15, 2026, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
