Vinson & Elkins advised EagleRock Land, LLC in connection with its initial public offering of 17,300,000 Class A shares representing limited liability company interests at a public offering price of $18.50 per share. The Class A shares began trading on the New York Stock Exchange and NYSE Texas under the ticker symbol “EROK” on May 14, 2026, and the offering closed on May 15, 2026.
