Vinson & Elkins advised Atlas Energy Solutions Inc. in connection with its upsized private offering of $450 million aggregate principal amount of 0.50% convertible senior notes due 2031 (the “Notes”), which includes the exercise in full of the initial purchasers’ option to purchase up to an additional $60 million principal amount of Notes. The offering closed on April 9, 2026.
