Vinson & Elkins advised ArcBest Corporation in its sale of its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, FleetNet America, Inc., a provider of fleet maintenance and repair services, to Cox Automotive Mobility Solutions, Inc., a division of Cox Enterprises, Inc.
