Vinson & Elkins Adds Finance Counsel Aditi Sharma in New York

Sharma brings significant experience in-house and in private practice advising clients on finance matters.

Vinson & Elkins today announced that Aditi Sharma has joined the firm as a New York-based counsel in its Finance practice.

Sharma advises banks, other financial institutions, private credit funds, and corporate borrowers on complex cross-border and domestic leveraged finance transactions in the syndicated and direct lending markets.

She joins from Latham & Watkins, where she was a member of the Banking & Private Credit practice in New York. Earlier in her career, she was in-house counsel at ICICI Bank, a private sector bank, supporting its Treasury and Corporate Lending teams on derivatives, commercial financings, and interbank lending transactions.

Sharma earned a Master of Laws from Columbia Law School and Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws degrees from Gujarat National Law University.
