Partner Stephanie Noble was featured in the Energy & Mineral Law Foundation (EMLF) Member Spotlight, where she discussed her path into energy litigation, her involvement with EMLF, and her community leadership.
Noble explained that a career in energy was a “foregone conclusion,” with oil and gas work spanning several generations on both sides of her family. She described EMLF as a “fantastic organization,” noting that the connections she has made and the substantive issues she has learned through its conferences have had a positive impact on her career.
Noble also highlighted her service on the boards of the Houston Bar Foundation, the Houston Bar Association, and the Federal Bar Association for the Southern District of Texas. She shared advice for new lawyers and law students: “Lean into your community, whatever that looks like.”
