Vinson & Elkins served as issuer’s counsel in connection with Crescent Energy Company’s underwritten, upsized public offering of 12,650,000 shares of its Class A common stock, par value $0.0001 per share, at a price to the public of $12.25 per share.
The transaction closed on September 11, 2023.
