Vinson & Elkins partner Roberta Downey has been named Mentor of the Year at the 2023 CN Workforce Awards which are hosted by Construction News.
The CN Workforce Awards aim to recognise the outstanding achievements of those striving to make the construction industry and their organisations great places to work.
Judges are selected from major contractors and industry figures who contribute valuable time and effort to work through hundreds of entries, reviewing each against strict criteria and attributing scores aimed at rewarding and recognising the very best of the construction industry.
The Mentor of the Year award recognises an individual who has inspired and helped develop staff within their organisation.
