(“Lancium”) in connection with the minority equity investment by NVIDIA Investments into Lancium LLC, the operating joint venture between Lancium and affiliates of Blackstone, as well as NVIDIA’s additional commitment for further investment in both Lancium and Lancium LLC. Lancium is an energy technology and infrastructure company that is the power infrastructure developer behind OpenAI’s 1.2GW Stargate Texas data center being constructed on the Lancium Clean Campus in Abilene, Texas.
