Vinson & Elkins advised LSB Industries, Inc. (NYSE: LXU) (“LSB”), in the acquisition of the carbon capture and sequestration (“CCS”) project currently underway at its El Dorado, Arkansas facility from Lapis Carbon Solutions (“Lapis”).
The Vinson & Elkins team was led by Partner Alan Alexander, Counsel Alexander Baker, and Senior Associate John Larbalestier, with assistance from Associates Omri Ambalo, Olivia Cahill, and Sergio Tellez Noguez.
