Vinson & Elkins advised California Resources Corporation (the “Company”) in connection with a private offering (the “Offering”) of $550 million in aggregate principal amount of its 7.250% Senior Notes due 2035. The Company will use the net proceeds from the Offering, together with cash on hand and/or borrowings under its revolving credit facility, to fund the redemption of all outstanding $550 million in aggregate principal amount of its 8.250% senior notes due 2029. The Offering is expected to close on June 26, 2026.
