Vinson & Elkins Adds Key Leader to London Corporate Practice

Ben Higson joins the firm as a corporate partner and new head of the Corporate practice for the London office 

Vinson & Elkins announced today that Ben Higson has joined the firm as a partner in London, where he will add valuable leadership and experience to the firm’s Corporate practice.

In addition, Higson will take on the role of head of the Corporate practice for the London office. He joins Vinson & Elkins from Hogan Lovells.

Higson’s transactional experience includes M&A, joint ventures and other commercial transactions. While his corporate practice has touched on a number of sectors, he has substantial experience in infrastructure, energy, and industrial sector transactions as well as a wide variety of cross border matters in Europe and deals with a Japanese dimension for an international client base.

Higson received his LLB at Bristol University and went on to complete his Legal Practice Course at the University of Oxford.
