Vinson & Elkins advised the initial purchasers in connection with Sunnova Energy Corporation’s “Green Bond” offering of $400 million aggregate principal amount of green 11.750% senior notes due 2028.
The offering launched on September 20, 2023, and was priced on September 22, 2023. The offering is expected to close on September 26, 2023, subject to customary closing conditions.
