Prairie Operating Co. Executes Option to Acquire Remaining Exok, Inc. Assets

Vinson & Elkins advised Prairie Operating Co. (“the Company”) in connection with the execution of a $20 million Private Investment in Public Equity (“PIPE”) offering.

In conjunction with the PIPE, the Company executed its option to acquire the remaining Exok, Inc. assets located in Weld County, Colorado.
