NETSTREIT Corp. Announces Upsized Forward Common Stock Offering

Vinson & Elkins served as underwriters’ counsel in connection with NETSTREIT Corp.’s public offering of 11,040,000 shares (the “Shares”) of its common stock at a price to the public of $18.00 per share.

The Shares include 1,440,000 shares of common stock sold pursuant to the underwriters’ exercise in full on January 10, 2024 of the option set forth in the underwriting agreement. The offering closed on January 12, 2024.
