Vinson & Elkins advised Wildcat Capital Management in connection with its strategic growth equity investment, together with Sixth Street, in Milan Laser Hair Removal (“Milan Laser”), the nation’s largest laser hair removal provider.
Existing investor, Leonard Green & Partners, L.P., along with the co-founders, will retain a majority interest in the company. The investment will support the acceleration of clinic expansion, marketing and business development.
The Vinson & Elkins team was led by Peter Marshall, Daniel McEntee, Dan Komarek and Sang Lee. Other key team members included Jason McIntosh and Max Van Benschoten.
