Crestwood Equity Partners LP in its (i) $600 million acquisition of Sendero Midstream Partners, LP and (ii) $320 million acquisition of First Reserve’s 50% equity interest in Crestwood Permian Basin Holdings LLC
Wells Fargo in their tax equity investment to construct the 145 MW Aragonne Mesa Wind Project and to repower the 90 MW Aragonne Wind Project, both in Guadalupe County, New Mexico
Enviva Partners, LP in the acquisition of the Waycross, Georgia wood pellet production facility from RWE AG
