Vinson & Elkins senior associate Paul Harrington has been named among the top 30 young tax lawyers most active on deals across EMEA in MergerLinks’ “Tax Rising Stars” series for 2023.

Harrington was honored for his recent work on a £1.9 billion acquisition of Smiths Medical by ICU Medical and Netomnia and YouFibre’s £295 million funding round.
