Vinson & Elkins represented Agriculture & Natural Solutions Acquisition Corporation in connection with its initial public offering of 34,500,000 units at a price of $10.00 per unit.
The units are listed on the NASDAQ Global Market and trade under the ticker symbol “ANSCU.” The Company is sponsored by Agriculture & Natural Solutions Acquisition Sponsor LLC, which is an affiliate of Riverstone Investment Group LLC and its affiliates and of Impact Ag Partners LLC. The offering closed on November 13, 2023.
