Cirrus Logic in its $335 million acquisition of Lion Semiconductor, a developer of power and battery management ICs designed to offer power-efficient operations and fast battery charging
Stronghold Digital Mining, Inc., an ESG-focused crypto asset mining company focused on bitcoin, in its $146 million initial public offering of Class A common stock
TPG Pace Tech Opportunities, a SPAC, in its $1.7 billion business combination with Nerdy Inc., a direct-to-consumer platform for live online learning
Live Oak Acquisition Corp. II, a SPAC, in its $1.4 billion business combination with Navitas Semiconductor, the industry leader in Gallium nitride power ICs
Zilliant Incorporated, a provider of price optimization and price management software, in its sale to Madison Dearborn Partners

Comscore in its acquisition of Shareablee, a social media marketing analytics and measurement company
(N.D. Cal.) — Represented one of the world’s leading flash memory manufacturers against patent infringement claims involving twelve patents relating to flash memory chips, memory systems, semiconductor processes, and chip packaging patents; after a favorable ruling on the issue of patent exhaustion, all claims were dismissed; defended client’s victory in federal circuit appeal
(N.D. Tex.) — Represented a wireless communications provider with its own wireless network in a trademark dilution, trademark infringement, and DMCA exemption case; prevailed in rulings on motion for summary judgment that led to favorable settlement
(D. Utah) — As patent counsel for the plaintiff, a leading manufacturer of electronic lighting control systems, obtained a substantial settlement less than two weeks before trial, following the Court’s rulings on numerous summary judgment and evidentiary motions, as well as a sanctions order against the defendant-competitor (monetary damages)
(S.D.N.Y.); (Fed. Cir.) — Obtained a complete affirmance of the dismissal of all claims against a leading consumer electronics and digital media provider before the Federal Circuit; claims included fraud, breach of contract, patent infringement, and trademark infringement
