Partner David Strong will be speaking as part of the Crowdfunding Professional Association (CfPA) June webinar series. He will provide an overview of Qualified Small Business Stock (QSBS) under Section 1202 and explore how its benefits—commonly leveraged in traditional venture capital (VC) transactions—may translate to the investment crowdfunding landscape.
CfPA is a 501(c)(6) nonprofit trade group established following the 2012 JOBS Act. It represents the crowdfunding industry, supports SEC and FINRA rulemaking, and provides education, networking, and resources to promote capital formation and investor protection.
