Experience

  • Woods Capital Management, LLC in the sale of partnership interests in a joint venture owning One AT&T Plaza, a landmark 37-story, Class A office building in Dallas, Texas that houses AT&T’s 965,800 square foot global headquarters

  • The Related Companies in the Willets Point development project in Long Island City, Queens, New York which will include a soccer stadium, 2,500 affordable homes (and largest new construction housing project in New York City in 40 years) a school, and hotel and retail space

  • Stream Realty Partners in a joint venture with Principal Financial Group and the acquisition of approximately 76 acres of land for initial development of a 140,000 square foot data center in Wilmer, Texas

  • Spear Street Capital in its financing of 225 West Wacker, a 650,812 square foot, 31-floor, trophy, Class A, headquarter-quality office building located on the south bank of the Chicago River in downtown Chicago, Illinois

  • Cypress Equities in a joint venture and the development of one of the parcels of the mixed use development River District Neighborhood in New Orleans which will include a 142,000 square foot custom-designed office building and the first Class A office building constructed in New Orleans since 1989

  • Pacific Elm Properties in the development of Parkside, a 500,000 square-foot, 30-story tower located along Klyde Warren Park in Dallas, Texas and the lease of 238,000 square feet of space within the tower to Bank of America

  • Fetner Properties in the joint venture acquisition of 2701 Jackson Ave, in Queens, NY, in partnership with the Lions Group and the joint venture of Fetner/Lions in connection with a construction loan with Bank Leumi and mezzanine loan with Leumi Partners in the aggregate amount of $95 million, which proceeds will be used to finance the ground-up construction of an approximately 202,435 square foot mixed-use building comprised of 164 residential apartments and 8,300 square feet of above grade commercial space

  • Major baseball league in the lease of an industrial space containing approximately 200,000 square feet in Elmwood Park, New Jersey

  • Spear Street Capital in a 180,000 square foot lease to AIG spanning seven floors, and one of the largest deals signed in the market in 2024, located at Perimeter Summit in Brookhaven, Georgia

  • LIV Golf, Inc. in its New York City headquarters lease located at Hudson Yards

  • Stream Realty Partners in the acquisition of 39 parcels in a suburb of Chicago, Illinois for the construction and development of a data center facility

  • Innovo Property Group in a joint venture with Affinius Capital in the 210,000 square foot solar rooftop lease on an industrial property in The Bronx, New York

  • Joy Construction/Madd Equities in a commercial lease to Bogopa 207, Inc. for a flagship supermarket and food hall to be operated under the “Food Bazaar” trade name in New York, New York
