Peter’s practice is focused in the areas of private equity, mergers and acquisitions and capital markets. He advises private equity funds, their portfolio companies, and a variety of public and private companies in connection with mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, strategic investments, and joint ventures, as well as general corporate matters. He also has experience in a variety of corporate finance matters.

Experience Highlights

  • Focus Financial Partners, a leading partnership of independent, fiduciary wealth management firms, in its $7 billion acquisition by Clayton, Dubilier & Rice

  • Funds managed by Apollo in the $2 billion sale by New Fortress Energy Inc. of 11 LNG infrastructure vessels to a newly formed venture owned approximately 80% by Apollo funds and 20% by NFE

  • Cedar Park Capital (formerly Untitled Group) in connection with its investments in NAADAM and Tu-K Industries
