Overview

Kirsten A. Harmon is a Partner in the Firm’s Corporate practice, where she advises clients on capital markets transactions. She represents public and private companies, investment banks, and investors in a broad range of capital markets transactions, including IPOs and other equity offerings, hybrid capital transactions, venture capital financings, and other complex financing transactions.

She also advises clients on corporate governance and securities law matters. Her practice spans the company lifecycle, from early stage to public companies, and she has deep experience in industries including technology, infrastructure, industrials, aerospace and defense, and healthcare.
