Kim is a senior associate on the Aviation Finance Team. Kim’s practice focuses on aviation, including corporate, asset-backed and structured financings in the loan and capital markets, restructurings and joint ventures. Kim also works on shipping, corporate and acquisition financing matters, acting for both lenders and borrowers alike. Kim has worked on some of the most complex and innovative financings involving aircraft, including various transactions that have been recognized as “Deals of the Year”.
