Jennifer Zucker is Co-Head of the firm’s Government Contracts Practice Group. Regularly represents government contractors in bid protests before the U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO) and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims (COFC)
Represents contractors in a broad range of disputes, including contract claims, terminations, disputes, cost disallowances, CICA override challenges, and contracting officer final decisions before the Boards of Contract Appeals and the COFC, as well as sub-prime disputes
Represents clients in connection with government investigations involving federal contracts, including investigations by federal agencies, agency offices of inspector general and the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), often in connection with alleged violations of the False Claims Act
Represents clients in suspension and debarment proceedings
Advises clients on buy‑side and sell‑side transactions involving government contractors, including assisting venture capital and private equity firms in evaluating a target’s government‑contracts portfolio, compliance posture, and areas of regulatory or performance risk

Bid Protests

Regularly represents government contractors in bid protests before the U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO) and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims (COFC)

Disputes
