Jason Marty serves as Chief Operating Officer, bringing more than two decades of global law firm leadership and a proven record of strengthening operations, profitability, technology adoption, and client-focused business strategy. He oversees a team of business professionals to integrate the firm’s business services to improve operational performance and profitability.
Marty previously served as Global Chief Operating Officer of Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner, where he directed business operations across the firm. Prior to BCLP, Marty spent 19 years at Baker McKenzie, culminating in four years as Global Chief Operating Officer. In 2025, Marty co-founded and led Lumio Works, an agentic AI venture providing strategic intelligence, pricing, and commercial advisory support to law firm partners.
Marty holds a Master of Arts in Rhetoric and Communications from Temple University and a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communications from Drake University.
