Hal’s principal area of practice is commercial real estate, and includes the representation of clients in transactions involving the acquisition, disposition, development, and leasing of real estate and secured financings. He also represents clients in private equity investments, including investments in real estate-focused private equity investment funds.

  • An agency of the State of Texas in its investment in a real estate private equity fund focused on acquisition of U.S. office properties
