Vinson & Elkins advised an affiliate of funds managed by Apollo Global Management, Inc. in connection with an agreement to acquire from funds managed by KKR a 40% interest in Pembina Gas Infrastructure Inc., one of the largest independent gas processing platforms in Western Canada.
