Vinson & Elkins advised Lexicon Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (“Lexicon”), a biopharmaceutical company, in an offering of its securities consisting of an underwritten public offering of its common stock and concurrent private placements of common stock and Series B convertible preferred stock, for total gross proceeds of approximately $94.6 million. Lexicon has granted each of the underwriters and the private investor the option to purchase additional shares, for expected additional aggregate gross proceeds of $18.1 million. The base transactions closed on February 2, 2026.
