Vinson & Elkins advised Focus Financial Partners Inc., a leading partnership of independent, fiduciary wealth management firms, in a definitive agreement to be acquired by Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, LLC in an all-cash transaction valued at an enterprise value of over $7 billion.
