Viki’s practice focuses on tax matters related to renewable energy deals. Viki represents investors and developers of clean energy projects and advises on the impact of the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022 (IRA). She also advises on qualification eligibility for various clean energy projects under the new IRA credits. In addition to working with traditional tax equity structures, Viki has experience with deals utilizing transferability and direct pay forms of financing.
Viki also advises partnerships, corporations, and individuals on the federal income tax aspects of complex domestic and cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, reorganizations, and private equity.
