Overview
Sarah’s principal practice area is intellectual property with a focus on patent litigation and counseling. She has represented clients in various district and administrative courts and has experience with all phases of litigation, including developing and implementing litigation strategy, infringement and invalidity analysis, claim construction, discovery, and trial. Sarah also has experience representing clients in high-stakes trade secrets and trademark litigation.
