Michael is a member of the firm’s Complex Commercial Litigation group practicing in both federal and state courts. His wide range of experience in all stages of litigation includes defending lawyers and law firms in professional liability matters, representing creditors and debtors in financial restructurings, and handling matters for energy, finance, and private equity clients, among others.
