Overview
Josh is a former federal prosecutor and experienced trial attorney, having tried 21 cases to verdict. Josh draws on his experience within the Department of Justice to defend companies and individuals against government investigations into a broad range of conduct. His firsthand understanding of investigative priorities, enforcement tactics, and prosecutorial decision making enables clients to anticipate government strategy, manage risk, and navigate high stakes scrutiny with confidence. He also has deep courtroom and litigation experience, which he uses to represent clients in a wide variety of commercial disputes.
