Enrique Dancausa advises strategic corporates, infrastructure investors and private capital sponsors on complex cross-border acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, strategic partnerships and investments.
His practice focuses on strategic transactions in the energy, natural resources, infrastructure, telecommunications, industrial and consumer sectors, including technology-enabled businesses. He regularly advises on transformational acquisitions, carve-outs, joint ventures and other complex corporate matters.
Enrique combines U.S. M&A and corporate governance expertise with extensive experience leading complex cross-border transactions involving Latin America. He helps global companies and investors execute complex multi-jurisdictional transactions involving diverse legal, regulatory and commercial considerations.
Enrique was recognized as a Latin America Rising Legal Star: Corporate/M&A by Latinvex in 2022 and recognized among leading Corporate/M&A lawyers in Latin America by Legal 500.
