Alex represents clients in both civil and criminal matters, with a particular focus on antitrust disputes and government investigations. He has worked with companies and individuals across a broad range of industries such as tech, energy, chemicals, and finance. A key part of Alex’s practice involves representing clients in connection with enforcement actions and related lawsuits brought by various government authorities, including the Department of Justice, United States’ Attorneys Offices, the Federal Trade Commission, state Attorney General offices, and others. He also represents clients in large class action lawsuits and in connection with proceedings before foreign regulatory authorities.
