Adi advises clients on complex U.S. federal income tax matters, with a particular focus on private investment funds, cross-border investments and international tax planning. His practice encompasses the structuring, formation and operation of private equity, venture capital and hedge funds, as well as investment management arrangements, joint ventures and real estate investments. He also has extensive experience in partnership taxation, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, corporate reorganizations and restructurings.
