Dedicated Service
At Vinson & Elkins, connecting with our communities is a firmwide commitment. Our lawyers and business professionals routinely dedicate their time, energy, and resources to support organizations that drive meaningful change and enhance people’s lives.
Our community work spans a wide range of causes. Among many others, these include:
- Contributing to food banks to help alleviate hunger
- Participating in fun runs, “dodge-for-a-cause,” and other events that aim to reduce poverty and homelessness and advance health care research
- Working with organizations that expand access to justice
- Supporting arts and cultural institutions like Ballet Hispánico and the Houston Grand Opera.
We also invest in youth and family-focused initiatives, including long-term mentoring and literacy programs, after-school activities, workplace internships, and caregiver support. In times of crisis, we give to relief efforts to help communities recover and rebuild.
