Rachael Curtin

Rachael’s practice focuses on regulatory and administrative matters affecting electric utilities in Texas. Her experience covers a broad spectrum of utility-related topics, including project permitting, contracting, litigating, seeking regulatory approvals, and compliance obligations. Rachael has particular experience in matters relating to the approval of electric utility applications to amend certificates of convenience and necessity (CCNs) in Texas. Her practice also includes assisting with policy-related topics considered by the Texas Legislature and the Public Utility Commission of Texas (PUCT) that affect electric utility clients.
