Lincoln has extensive experience representing clients in both civil and criminal matters, with a particular focus on antitrust litigation and government investigations. He has worked with companies and individuals across a broad range of industries such as tech, energy, chemicals, and finance. A key part of Lincoln’s practice involves representing clients in connection with enforcement actions and related lawsuits brought by various federal and state authorities including the Department of Justice, Federal Trade Commission, Securities and Exchange Commission, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, state Attorney General offices, and others. He also represents clients in large multi-district class action lawsuits and in connection with proceedings before foreign regulatory authorities. He has taken individual and corporate witness depositions, and presented oral argument in federal court. Lincoln’s experience in these high-stakes matters makes him adept at navigating complex legal landscapes to protect the interests of his clients.
