Katie’s practice focuses on the U.S. federal income tax aspects of domestic and international transactions and tax planning matters. She advises clients with regard to the U.S. federal income tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, capital markets transactions, reorganizations, restructurings, and private equity.
