Julie Monier represents investors and developers in the acquisition, development, financing and disposition of commercial real estate assets. Her practice is primarily focused on the representation of investment capital in forming joint ventures and obtaining construction financing in connection with the development and construction of commercial real estate projects, with a particular emphasis on industrial warehouse and logistics projects. Julie also has significant experience in the acquisition, disposition and permanent financing of commercial real estate assets.
A fund managed by Clarion Partners, LLC in the formation of a joint venture with Crow Holdings Capital Partners for the acquisition, financing and development of Carter Park East, a multi-phase development containing approximately 7 million square feet of industrial warehouse space on approximately 556 acres of land in Fort Worth, Texas
A fund managed by Clarion Partners, LLC, in a joint venture with Trammell Crow Company, for the acquisition, financing and development of The Center at Needham Ranch, a multi-phase development containing approximately 1.9 million square feet of industrial and logistics space on approximately 250 acres of land in Santa Clarita, California
A fund managed by Clarion Partners, LLC in a $415 million loan to nine borrowers secured by properties located in California, Colorado, Nevada, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Texas
