Global Infrastructure Partners in the acquisition of a 50% interest in the multi-billion dollar South Fork and Revolution Offshore Wind Projects from Eversource Energy, including the negotiation of the joint venture arrangements with Orsted for the construction and operation of the projects and all financing arrangements (IJInvestor Joint Venture of the Year, 2024)
The purchaser in relation to the acquisition of energy infrastructure and storage terminals assets from Puma Energy, consisting of 19 infrastructure assets located in 10 countries worldwide
Stonepeak in the acquisition of a 50% interest in the approximately $11.0 billion Coastal Virginia Offshore Wind project, which at 2.6 GW is expected to be the largest offshore wind project in the U.S. and one of the largest offshore wind projects globally upon completion (Proximo North America Offshore Wind Deal of the Year, 2024) (Project Finance International Americas Deal of the Year, 2024)
Uzbekistan GTL and Uzbekneftegas on the sale to Air Products of a natural gas-to-syngas processing facility in the Kashkadarya Region, Uzbekistan for US$1 billion. This sale is the largest M&A transaction in Uzbekistan’s history
Infinium in the development of a power-to-liquids eFuels facility in Texas that will convert waste carbon dioxide and green hydrogen into SAF and other low carbon fuels, and in its $75 million project equity investment commitment from Breakthrough Energy Catalyst
