Finance
Eric is a senior associate in the firm’s Finance group, focusing on energy and infrastructure project finance and project development. Eric’s practice focuses primarily on the development, construction and financing of renewable energy projects. Eric also has extensive experience negotiating energy and other commodity hedges and offtake agreements.

Financing provider and hedge provider in connection with a post-Winter Storm Uri restructuring of an approximately 450 MW wind farm portfolio in ERCOT
Sponsor in connection with framework agreement and associated power purchase agreements for sponsor to provide a major corporate offtaker with excess of 10 GW of renewable energy in the U.S. and Europe
Multiple private equity sponsors in connection with numerous financially- and physically-settled energy, gas, REC and emissions hedges documented under ISDA Master Agreements across the U.S.
Sponsor in connection with a gas-fired generation portfolio in PJM and ISO-NE
