Donovan represents financial institutions, project sponsors, and developers in the financing, development, and sale of large-scale renewable energy projects with a focus on tax-equity financings.
Prior to practicing law, Donovan served in the U.S. Navy Reserves as a Second Class Petty Officer with Coastal Riverine Squadron 11, drilling out of Seal Beach, California. During his service, he earned the Global War on Terrorism service medal and has since been honorably discharged.
