Dasha’s practice focuses on complex business disputes between commercial parties across a range of domestic and international forums.

On the domestic side, Dasha has substantial experience representing commercial clients in federal and state court litigation, arbitration, and government investigations.

Internationally, Dasha has represented clients in cross-border arbitration proceedings. Her interest in international disputes originated in space law but has since expanded to encompass a broad range of industries, including energy, infrastructure, and construction. As a dual citizen of Luxembourg, Dasha is well-positioned to serve clients across Europe.
