Allie Watkins

Allie co-leads the firm’s Global Practice Management department. She also leads the practice management efforts of the firm’s Corporate practice group. Prior to that, her principal areas of legal practice were mergers and acquisitions, private equity, finance and real estate. Allie’s M&A experience includes representation of private equity investors, their portfolio companies and other private companies in their acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, recapitalizations and other general organizational matters across a broad range of industries, including pulp and paper, packaging, wood products, metals and energy.
